I am having a TATA Indica Xeta GLE (petrol) 2006 model. (DL 3CW 9012) Have done all the free services and paid services too but am not at all satisfied with the kind of service and with the kind of polishing material used over the bumpers and other parts. The next service is due and was looking for a place from where I can get good treatment for my car. Mr. Khattar’s name is driving me towards M/s Carnation Auto. In this regard, I would like to know:
(1) Whether there is some pre-appointment is required? (2) Are you into the servicing of TATA cars?
(3) During rains, rain water comes inside thru the rare doors inside the car and the floor carpet gets wet. It seems like the water required to be drained out, comes inside. This is happening on both the sides.
