Fiat India does not respond to consumer complaints!

It has been a week since I mailed by bad experiences at a Fiat Service Station to Fiat management.
The company seems to have ignored my mails.
This is unlike the stories I heard on automotive forums like Team-BHP.
Maybe, the company has realized that catering to individuals is not the ‘Indian’ way of doing business.
Too bad for them. I am going to continue telling my experiences online and the whole blame would lie with Fiat for not listening to me. Fiat service stations are not going to improve unless the parent company does something about it.

My story is no different.I am having an issue over no delivery of my car Punto which was booked almost 4 weeks back. It was supposed to be delivered in two weeks.I have been contacting Fiat India officials through regular emails and telephone calls to know the status.But much to my frustration their response have been poor.They are convenietly avoiding to talk to me or answering my mails. The dealer pretends to be helpless and blames Fiat for the dealy.I am totally disgusted and am contemplating to cancel my order.
