It has been a week since I mailed by bad experiences at a Fiat Service Station to Fiat management.

The company seems to have ignored my mails.

This is unlike the stories I heard on automotive forums like Team-BHP.

Maybe, the company has realized that catering to individuals is not the ‘Indian’ way of doing business.

Too bad for them. I am going to continue telling my experiences online and the whole blame would lie with Fiat for not listening to me. Fiat service stations are not going to improve unless the parent company does something about it.
